If a course isn't right for you, you shouldn't have to argue to get your money back.

Every course is free today, so there are no purchases yet and nothing to refund. The rules below will apply to future paid purchases: you have 14 days and under 30% completion to ask for a refund, all-access yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of the first payment or a renewal, and refunds go back to the original payment method. Coffee donations are not refundable. To ask, email [email protected] with your receipt number.
1. What can be refunded
Purchases made directly on algonur.com. There are none today because every course is free. Free courses, coffee donations and purchases made elsewhere are not covered.
2. Time limit and progress
Within 14 days of payment and with less than 30% of the course completed. If a course is broken or not as described, you can get a refund regardless of progress.
3. How to ask
Email [email protected] with your receipt number (for example ALG-2026-000124). We reply within 2 working days.
4. When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 15 working days depending on the method. We don't deduct gateway fees.
5. After a refund
Access to the paid course ends. Free courses, your notes and your saved Lab designs stay yours.
6. Renewals and cancelling
All-access renews yearly and we email you 7 days before. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected], and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
